By uploading content to RatNawnAI, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, enhance, and deliver results back to you. We do not claim ownership of your original content but require processing rights to provide our services.

Pricing Structure

Tax & Billing Terms

All transactions are subject to applicable taxes (GST, etc.) as per Indian tax regulations.

TechRelieve reserves full rights to modify pricing anytime with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as per our refund policy available on our website. Processing fees and completed work are generally non-refundable unless there are technical failures on our end.

Service Availability

Services are provided on an "AS-IS" basis without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, technical maintenance and updates may cause temporary service interruptions.

Liability Limitations

• •TechRelieve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue)
• •Liability in any case will be limited to fees paid in the last 30 days
• •Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages) are excluded from liability
• •Third-party integrations and external service failures are not our responsibility

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of:

• •Fraudulent activities - Misuse of services or payment fraud
• •Regulatory or legal requirements - Compliance with law enforcement or court orders
• •Abuse of service resources - Excessive usage beyond fair use policies
• •Non-payment - Failure to pay outstanding dues after grace period

Termination Process

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts (updateable if your company prefers Patna courts since your registered office is Bihar).

Dispute Resolution
